Feeling the Love :)

As I’ve mentioned, I’m on vacation, so while I’ve been trying to stay as “on top of things” as I can with all the distractions, I’m still a wee bit behind on posting up some fun stuff!  I have been getting lots of what my friend storybeader calls “screen time.”  And it’s a lot of fun!

First up, I found myself in a treasury!  Its not up any more, but the super-duper-exciting part is, this was created by a complete stranger!!!

Then, my friend Kate of Om Shanti Handcrafts mentioned me in when she was featured on the front page of Wickedly Chic! It’s a site whose header reads, “Independent Shopping for the Wickedly Chic.”

For those of you who don’t know what a treasury is – it’s a place on etsy where people can show case some of their favorite items off of etsy!  I just snagged my FIRST EVER that I got to create   I had a lot of fun putting together this treasury dedicated to coffee!

It’s been a good day.  Not feeling to great tonight – just kinda woozy for some reason – but I’ve gotten a ton done!  I’m doing some trades with NicolesVisions and BreathoftheDragon so I shipped those out today.  Excited!  Getting some presents for other people and one just for me

I’ve also sorted through all the loose photos of earrings that I had, updated all the pieces on-line that needed it, and implemented my new inventory system on my earrings.  *phew*  Plus, while I can’t do everything, I can create jewelry again!  I’ve made a new necklace set that I’ve been thinking about for awhile.

I’ve decided (after finally putting away purchases from the last two weeks) that I REALLY need to make a bunch of stuff before I let myself buy anymore.  My 12 boxes are full!  Ok -  so I’ll probably break down and buy more boxes at some point – but I should actually use the beads I have and focus on getting the new pieces on-line instead of spending money

Firsts!

I have my first sale on etsy and my first treasury listing! I’m so excited!  Ok, so I cheated a bit.  It’s not some random stranger, this is the commissioned piece from my friend Bu that I mentioned before, but she still paid for it through etsy and all!  I’m very happy to have that first sale showing up on my profile!
