Ruthie dear…I was a telemarketer for many a year from my first job, and the some later becoming the manager of the telemarketing crew! I made ton’s of money, for my age.

Now I have a whistle and have a tendency to blow it into the phone or scream bloody murder. I am on the do-not-call list. What does one expect?

I love the song by Faith Hill “I Hope You Dance”… don’t ever stop. Its a natural high for your spirit and soul.

hahahaha poor telemarketers!!!

I have worked on phones (no telemarketing though) and it was not as bad.. but I never had someone saying something like that at me…. I would have cracked up…

although i once called a woman who talked real soft… it was as if she was telling you a secret…

and once someone yelled at me and hung up… i hated that damn woman…

Here’s a scandaous secret- I was a telemarketer for all of a week. It is seriously one of the most soul killing jobs ever. I’d almost rather waitress, and I’d rather be a drug mule than waitress again. For real.
The only thing that made it at all interesting was the occasional wacky call.

…wouldn’t it have made more sense for the ER tech to *call* in for you?
